Enhance your athleticism with first class training from NFL Veteran and Speed & Agility Expert, Tony Fiammetta. These fun and exciting classes focus on increasing movement efficiency, coordination, agility, functional strength, and conditioning. Mastering these qualities will bolster structural integrity, movement quality, and overall fitness, enabling the body to easily absorb and enhance the technical skills of any chosen sport or activity. Through specific exercises and direct coaching from Tony Fiammetta, each person will learn what it takes to be reach their full potential.

Every session is comprised of a warm-up, movement drills, functional strength training, and conditioning methods. After the technical work, there will be fun challenges and competitions aimed at developing the athletic qualities that are being highlighted on that particular day. The conclusion will consist of a structured cool-down regime that will aid in recovery and regeneration between sessions.
